When will Gequ Village, songzhuang town, Tongzhou District be demolished?

In recent years, due to the needs of urban development and construction, Gequ Village in songzhuang town, Tongzhou District and its surrounding areas have been demolished from time to time. Demolition is mainly the construction of municipal infrastructure, which is partial demolition and does not involve large-scale house demolition.

The latest demolition started in May, 20 14, and the collective land (a small plot) of Gequ Village was expropriated because of "A-3 land first-class development project of Zhaixinzhuang Formation in Tongzhou District". The construction unit is Tongzhou District Center of Beijing Land Consolidation and Reserve Center.

20 15 recently, after inquiring the relevant departments of Tongzhou district government, the village has no expropriation (demolition) plan at present, which is not within the scope of recent urban development, construction or transformation (planning).
