When employees purchase, build, renovate or overhaul occupied housing, the following certification materials shall be provided for the first extraction:

If the employee repays the principal and interest of the housing loan, the loan contract and down payment invoice will be provided for the first withdrawal.

If the employee pays the rent, he shall provide the house lease contract, the rent invoice and the income certificate of both the lessee and the husband and wife.

Employees who retire or resign shall provide retirement certificates or relevant certificates from the labor department.

Workers who completely lose their ability to work and terminate their labor relations with the unit shall provide the identification of their ability to work and the certificate of termination of labor relations issued by the labor department.

Employees who leave the country to settle down or withdraw shall provide proof of account cancellation.

Workers living in difficulties, who are receiving the urban minimum living allowance, should provide the "Certificate of Urban Residents' Minimum Living Allowance".

If an employee dies or is declared dead, his successor or legatee shall provide the employee's death certificate, a notarial certificate issued by the notary department on the right of inheritance or bequest, or a judgment, ruling or conciliation statement made by the people's court.

Migrant workers and units to terminate the labor relationship extraction, should provide proof of household registration and proof of termination of labor relations.
