Wu Tong Avenue in Tangshan is a newly-built residential area in Phoenix New Town Development Zone, which used to be an airport around it and there is no primary school at all. The newly-built primary school doesn't know whether it is good or bad. I suggest you send your child to Airport Road or directly to Lubei Experimental Primary School. If you can afford such a nice house, it's right to send the children, don't you think?
