Do I have to pay the property management fee on the delivery day of the new house?

Property fees are charged from the time the owner moves in.

The first case: the owner will check in on time according to the check-in time, and charge the property fee to the owner when checking in;

In the second case, the owner will only check in after the check-in time has passed. If there is no other reason, the property fee should also be collected from the owner when he moves in because of the delay caused by the owner;

In the third case, the owner will move in after the check-in time. If it is due to the construction unit or the property service company, the collection of property fees should be calculated from the real occupancy time of the owners.
