Zhengzhou Mingmen Cuiyuan Project is located in the core of Jinshui District in the north of Zhengzhou, and Jinshui North is also one of the emerging hot spots in Zhengzhou in recent years. The plot where Mingmen Cuiyuan is located belongs to the "20-Li-Pu Six Villages Reconstruction Land" in Zhengzhou's urban village reconstruction, and it is also the largest urban village reconstruction complex project in Jinshui North. 20 18 was a hit when it opened.

Mingmen Cuiyuan is relatively large, occupying 16 plot, covering an area of about 520,000 square meters, with a total scale of about10.8 million square meters and a commercial area of 780,000 square meters. It was originally developed by Henan Hong Sheng Real Estate Co., Ltd.
