1. (3) The newly-built office buildings, real estate and land of each unit are owned by the Bureau. After the new office building is completed, the Bureau of Affairs will apply for the property right certificate and the land use certificate in a unified way, and the household name will be "zhenhai district Bureau of Government Affairs", and the new office building will enjoy the right to use the real estate.

(4) The Office Affairs Bureau is responsible for the office buildings of each unit and the corresponding land disposal. Without the consent of the bureau leaders, they shall not dispose of the office space and the corresponding land by themselves, change the use of the office space, lend or adjust the rent of the office space to subordinate units or other units for use.
