After you are hired by the owners' committee, the management of the community is the autonomous management exercised by the owners' assembly. You are not the director of the industry Committee, so you are not qualified to be the director of the industry Committee. Because you are not the owner, your position is the manager of the community (manager), and the following other employees are authorized by the industry Committee to recruit. There is no need to set up a property company. As long as you have a nationally recognized property management qualification certificate, a letter of appointment issued by the industry Committee, a labor contract signed with the industry Committee, and social security records, you can exercise your rights.
