Xi ordinary residential property management service charging standard:

Grade A (service level): management service fee: 14 (yuan/household month), daily maintenance fee: 0.24 (yuan/square meter month);

Grade B: management service fee: 1 1 (yuan/household month), daily maintenance fee: 0.60 (yuan/square meter month);

Class C: management service fee: 8 yuan/household month, daily maintenance fee: 0. 18 yuan/square meter month;

Xi Non-ordinary residential property management service fee:

Grade A (service level): management service fee: 1 (RMB/m2/month), and daily maintenance fee: 0.80 (RMB/m2/month);

Grade B: management service fee: 0.70 (RMB/m2/month), and daily maintenance fee: 0.50 (RMB/m2/month);

Class C: Management service fee: 0.50 yuan/m2/month, and daily maintenance fee: 0.40 yuan/m2/month;

Grade D: Management service fee: 0.40 (RMB/m2/month), and daily maintenance fee: 0.3? 0 (Yuan/m2/month).

Regarding whether the property fee includes the elevator fee, you can check the preliminary property contract signed with the developer or property management company. There is an agreement on the property fee in the contract. If the property management company does not charge according to the contract, you can complain to the relevant departments according to the contract.
