(1) Before the pressure test, the water pipes should be connected together with hoses to form a closed loop. Then, connect the pressure tester to any water outlet. Because there is no pressure in the water pipe, the pressure pointer of the pressure tester should be at the position of 0. If it is not in the position of 0, the pressure tester needs to be calibrated. ?

(2) When all water pipes are connected, pressure test can be started. The foreman's club reminded us to plug all the plugs and close the valve of the water inlet main before pressure measurement. At this point, the preparation work before the pressure test is completed, and the pressure test can be formally carried out below. ?

(3) The tester gently shakes the pressure rod of the jack until the pointer of the pressure gauge points to about 0.9- 1.0, that is, the current pressure is 3 times of the normal water pressure. Keep this pressure value for a period of time. The difference is that the pressure measuring time of water pipes is different. The welding time of PPR, aluminum-plastic PPR, steel-plastic PPR and other pipelines is 30 minutes (it can only be exceeded, not less).

2. Requirements for inhibition test?

(1) The test pressure of the cold water pipe shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipeline system, but not less than 1.0MPa.

(2) The test pressure of the hot water pipe shall be 2.0 times of the working pressure of the pipeline system, but not less than 1.5MPa?

(3) The hand pump should be used for pressurization, the pressurization time should be no less than 65438±00min, and the pressure accuracy of the measuring instrument should be 0.065438±0 MPa；; ; ?

(4) Reach the specified test pressure, stabilize the voltage for 65438 0 h, and the test pressure drop shall not exceed 0.06MPa；; ?
