(2) If the owner fails to pay the property fee within the specified time, the property management company will be obliged to demand payment. If the owner refuses to pay, the property management company will bring a lawsuit to the court and request the people's court to protect the civil rights. The limitation period is three years;
(3) If the property management company repeatedly urges the owners to perform their obligations, the limitation of action shall be recalculated from the time of interruption to the end of relevant procedures.

The limitation period for requesting protection of civil rights from the people's court is three years. Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail.

9. Other expenses agreed by the owner.
