Shandong Taian title evaluation process

The process includes individual declaration, qualification examination, filling in the title evaluation form, submitting materials, quantitative grading, expert evaluation (recommendation), publicity and recommendation declaration.

1. Personal application: After receiving the superior documents, the personnel department will draft an audit notice and distribute it to all departments, which will summarize the personal application and submit it to the personnel department.

2. Qualification examination: the personnel department examines the basic information of the applicant (including length of service, education, annual assessment, professional title, foreign language and computer examination, etc.). ), in which the service life of junior secondary vocational schools must be four years, and the service life of deputy high schools and deputy high schools must be five years. If the assessment is changed, one more year will be added.

3. Fill in the professional title evaluation form: the personnel department issues relevant forms for professional title evaluation to those who meet the application conditions, including basic information form, business information form (filled in by non-higher education series personnel), teaching information form (filled in by higher education series personnel) and scientific research information form. Exceptional personnel must fill in an exceptional recommendation form, and imported personnel must fill in an introduction recommendation form.

4. Submission of materials: Participants will submit the materials to the personnel office, scientific research office and academic affairs office, among which the basic materials will be submitted to the personnel office, the papers and works will be submitted to the scientific research office, and the teaching situation will be submitted to the academic affairs office.

5. Quantitative scoring: The personnel department, the scientific research department and the academic affairs department respectively give quantitative scoring to the contestants, among which the non-highly educated series will be assigned a debriefing, which will be scored by the judges.

6. Expert evaluation (recommendation): The school holds an expert evaluation (recommendation) committee to conduct expert evaluation (secondary vocational schools in higher education series and experimental series are formally evaluated and others are recommended).

7. Publicity: The results of expert evaluation (recommendation) will be publicized throughout the school and accepted by the masses.

8. Recommendation submission: reorganize the referees who have no objection and submit them to the Provincial Department of Education for formal review.
