Management of Guanyin Bridge in Chongqing

On September 7th, 2004, the Standing Committee of the District Committee decided to set up Guanyinqiao Business Circle Management Office in Jiangbei District of Chongqing, as an agency of the district government, mainly to perform the comprehensive administrative functions entrusted by the district government. It has four departments, namely, comprehensive management department, property management department, law enforcement management department and business development department, and has two grass-roots units, namely, Guanyinqiao Business Circle Municipal Management Supervision Brigade in Jiangbei District and Jialing Park Management Office in Jiangbei District. The District Business Circle Office is mainly responsible for comprehensive coordination services such as urban management, trade development, investment attraction, urban infrastructure construction, urban planning, urban construction, urban transportation and social security in the core area of Guanyin Bridge. The Business Circle Office gives full play to its functions, adheres to high-standard planning, high-quality construction, high-level management and high-efficiency development, and ensures first-class facilities maintenance, first-class landscape lighting, first-class city appearance and environmental sanitation, first-class public security management and first-class traffic order.
