Does the Shanghai Observatory allow individuals to visit?

Shanghai Observatory is Xujiahui Observatory.

The headquarters of Shanghai Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences is located in the bustling Xujiahui area of Shanghai, opposite Guangqi Park on Nandan Road. Shanghai Observatory began a large-scale park renovation of its headquarters from 1992. After seven years of construction, a modern office building with a clear height of 19 floors stands on this once crowded and ancient land-"Astronomical Building", which was officially opened in 19991October.

Astronomical Building not only has numerous scientific research, office buildings and laboratories, but also is equipped with modern central air conditioning, calculation center, high-speed network system and multifunctional conference center, which provides a spacious and clean office environment and high-quality scientific research conditions for researchers. Astronomical Building is managed by the Property Management Center of the Observatory Corporation, providing good cleaning, security and commercial services.

Xujiahui Park is centered on the Astronomical Building, and a pleasant green, spacious and elegant restaurant has been carefully planned in the park. Auxiliary buildings provide comfortable accommodation and living conditions for the expanding graduate team and single workers.

Xujiahui Park of Shanghai Observatory has been transformed into a modern science and technology park integrating scientific research, office, conference, business and life, which has created favorable conditions for attracting outstanding astronomical talents to engage in scientific research in Taiwan.

I don't think you should enter unless you have permission to visit. After all, it is more like a scientific research institution, and you can't just go in and out.
