The Notice on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Residential Areas and the Guiding Opinions of the State Council General Office on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and other documents issued by the state require the property to actively cooperate with the owners to install charging piles. For public parking spaces, mainly through policy guidance, new energy vehicle manufacturers, property service companies and third-party service providers are encouraged to cooperate in the construction to solve the charging needs of users.

Local real estate (housing) administrative departments, sub-district offices or township people's governments and community neighborhood committees should actively strengthen the guidance and supervision of the owners' committee in accordance with the Model Text on the Construction and Management of Residential Charging Infrastructure for Private Users (attached), guide the owners to support the construction and renovation of charging infrastructure, and clarify the rights and obligations of charging infrastructure property owners, construction units, management service units and other related subjects as well as the corresponding construction, use and management processes.

Method of dealing with property

There are relevant guidance documents for installing charging piles in various places. You can collect local policies in advance and actively cooperate with the completion of various reasonable requirements put forward by the property, such as obtaining the consent of the industry Committee to reduce the risk of neighborhood relations; Sign the relevant exemption documents to avoid the risks of the property and worry about the charging equipment. When buying a charging pile, you can ask for relevant insurance and provide a test report.

If the property insists on disagreeing, you can first show relevant policy documents to prove that you have complained to the Housing Authority and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development 12345, and then ask the media to strengthen supervision by public opinion. If the distribution of property feedback is really specific and there is no possibility of modification and installation conditions, the next best thing is to use charging piles with lower power and sacrifice a certain charging time to reduce the 7KW equipment to 3.3KW.
