General situation of staff and workers' college of China Tobacco Corporation

The college has five administrative departments, such as office, personnel department, financial management department, audit department (supervision department) and security department (policies and regulations department), six teaching service departments, such as academic affairs office, teaching and research section, distance training department, foreign cooperation department, student office and information center, two logistics service departments, property department and three vocational skill appraisal departments. The college currently has 90 on-the-job faculty members, including 3 1 masters and 5 doctors (postdoctoral). There are 33 people with senior titles and 3 1 person with intermediate titles; Assistant coach 1. At present, there are 1 full-time assistant trainers in the teaching and research positions of the college. At present, the college has 18 full-time teachers in teaching and research positions.

Twenty-six managers were trained. At the same time, a part-time teacher team consisting of 33 (4 honorary professors, 25 visiting professors and 4 postdoctoral students) and 424 loose part-time teachers has been established. The professional fields of the teaching team cover tobacco production, cigarette engineering, electromechanical engineering, tobacco circulation, monopoly management, information technology and other fields.
