5. Contract seal: the contract is used for signing contracts with foreign countries. If a special seal for the contract is affixed to the contract, the company must bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

Second, the scope of use of the seal?

1, official seal: contracts, letters of introduction, official documents, letters, certificates, etc. issued in the name of the company.

2. Financial seals: bank vouchers, check seals, bills of exchange, withdrawal slips, financial transactions, etc.

3. Company seal: registered company, company resolution, company bank account opening, etc.

4. Invoice Seal: According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Measures for the Administration of Invoices, it is usually necessary to affix a special invoice seal to the invoice seal and the deduction.

5. Seal of the contract: sign the contract. However, in the early stage of the company's business, if there is no engraved contract seal, the official seal can also be directly affixed to the contract.

Tips: The company seal should be properly kept. If it is lost, it needs to be reissued and a loss statement will be published in the newspaper. When re-issuing the seal, you need to bring the receipt of the report and the statement in the newspaper from the public security organ, and put forward an application for re-issuing the seal for the record. Go to the public security bureau for the record, and then go to the designated engraving place to reissue the seal.
