Daily inspection and maintenance of elevators

1. External inspection items of elevator car:

(1) Whether the car hall door and car door are seriously deformed, worn, rusted and corroded; Whether there is abnormal sound on the switch door;

2. Internal inspection items of elevator car:

(1) Whether the car is clean and free of sundries;

(2) Whether there is serious deformation, wear, rust and corrosion on the inner wall of the carriage;

(3) Whether the buttons and switches are obviously aged and damaged; Whether the label is clear and the function is normal;

(4) whether the display surface is intact and whether the display state is correct;

(5) Whether the lighting and ventilation device in the car works normally;

(6) Whether there is an annual inspection maintenance card of government agencies, and check whether the maintenance card has expired;

(7) Check whether the alarm telephone in the elevator can be used;

(8) Whether the car is running smoothly and whether there is abnormal noise;

3. Inspection items in elevator controller:

(1) Are there any components burnt (smell), lighted (observation), overheated (touch) or abnormal sound (listening)?

Weekly inspection and maintenance of elevators

(1) Check the brake clearance, which should be within 0.7mm and even. If the gap is too large, it should be adjusted and the connecting bolts should be tightened;

(2) Check the working conditions of safety devices, and handle problems in time when found;

(3) Check and adjust the elevator leveling device to be normal;

Elevator maintenance can not keep up, there will be many security risks, and even lead to disaster, so elevator maintenance is very important.
