The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
3, the realty service enterprise shall stop, and report to the relevant administrative departments in a timely manner. After receiving the report from the realty service enterprise, the relevant administrative department shall stop the illegal act or deal with it according to law.
Property management housing configuration has the following provisions:
1. The members of the property management house shall be unified with the property service house, and there may be only one place or multiple places.
2, the construction area of less than one hundred thousand square meters, according to not less than four thousandths of the total construction area, but at least not less than fifty square meters; The part with a construction area exceeding10,000 square meters shall be shared according to two thousandths;
3, the construction unit shall, in accordance with a certain proportion of the total construction area, in the development area planning property management office space, service space, business space, etc. ;
4. The ownership of the property management house belongs to the owner according to law; Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property service enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house;
5. No office, warehouse, dormitory, kitchen and other places shall be set in the property service room.
