Regarding the troika development strategy of Vanke Real Estate, Wang, chief operating officer of Vanke, made a statement at the interim results conference on August 28th.
The first carriage is the property service and property business carried out from Vanke's residential area, which is a very important foundation at present.
The second carriage is commercial real estate. Vanke set up a joint venture with dtz last year, Wanwu Liangxing, and this year, a series of large-scale and complex commercial complex businesses, such as Shanghai Dream Center and Chengdu Hi-Tech Vanke Center, carried out commercial property services and property management.
The third carriage is urban property, and the earliest urban property model from Hengqin has been recognized and welcomed. In the first half of this year, including the high-tech zone in Chengdu, Gulangyu Island in Xiamen, and community governance in Pingshan, Shenzhen, these projects are all part of Vanke Property City.
Vanke Property is committed to realizing the digital operation of all-space smart space. By building an integrated digital cloud platform, people, equipment and business activities in urban space, residential space, commercial space and park space can be opened up, and online and offline linkage services can be provided.
