Petrochemical Community is located in the south of Wang Nan Town, Linzi District, Zibo City, and is a typical unit community. Built in the early 1970s, it is adjacent to Qilu Petrochemical Rubber Factory. It is the base living area of the 10th Construction Company of China Petrochemical Group, covering an area of 1.65 million square meters, with more than 4,800 households and a population of 1.2354. The 10th Construction Company of China Petrochemical Group is a comprehensive large-scale construction enterprise directly under China Petrochemical Group. It has been renamed Shandong Chemical Petroleum Construction Company and the Tenth Chemical Construction Company of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. More than 300 sets of large and medium-sized projects have been built in oil refining, chemical industry, electric power, medicine, light industry, municipal administration, environmental protection and other industries at home and abroad. It has won many honorary titles issued by the state, the Ministry of Construction and Shandong Province.

In the late 1960s and early 1970s, in order to build Shandong Shengli Petrochemical Complex (now Qilu Petrochemical Company), Shandong Chemical Petroleum Construction Company, the predecessor of 10 Company, was separated from the Second Chemical Construction Company of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, and moved into 1970+00 in June.

(1) Housing construction. When the company just moved from Shanxi to Shandong, * * * had 1800 employees, and the planned living base was still a mess. At that time, a large number of workers lived in the workshop of Shengli Synthetic Ammonia Plant (now Qilu Petrochemical No.1 Fertilizer Plant) under construction. Later, more than 200 double employees moved into an "linoleum paper house" left by the construction of Shengli Refinery, while the rest employees stayed in 18 village of five communes, including Qiu Nan, Bianhe, Dawu, Xindian and Wangzhai, living in huts and sleeping on heatable adobe sleeping platforms. The true image of "sweating in summer and shivering in winter" reflects the hardship of living conditions at that time.

At that time, Qilu Petrochemical Company (Shandong Shengli Petrochemical General Factory) and No.10 Company were located in relatively remote mountainous areas due to the principles of "paying close attention to the construction of the third line" and "relying on the mountain to seize the situation, hiding but not dispersing", which also had a great impact on the future community development and construction. 1at the end of 970, the company selected a living base on the west bank of He Zi River and under Lianhua Mountain, and began to build workers' houses on this barren hill. The first family building in the living area (No.8 building in the current construction area) broke ground, which started the large-scale construction of the base living area. Since then, new family buildings have sprung up like mushrooms after rain. 197 1 year, five family buildings have been completed and delivered. 1972, eight family buildings have been completed, and the base living area has begun to take shape. The workers scattered in the nearby countryside happily moved into their new homes one after another. By 1984, the company has successively built 3 1 family building and 4 buildings, and the single building has completed the construction of living quarters. From 1978 to 1984, it took the company six years to build the 15 family building, forming the Jianbei living area. Since 1985, the company has started to build Jiannan living quarters and Jianxi living quarters. Over the past 30 years, the company has built a total of 4,802 employee family buildings 105, with a total area of 330,000 square meters (in 2007), and the per capita housing area exceeds 15 square meters. Great changes have taken place in the internal structure, facilities and area of housing. From the structure of "small apartment, no living room and shared bathroom" built in the 1970s to the structure of "middle apartment, small living room, small kitchen and small bathroom" in the 1980s, and now to the well-off structure of "large apartment, large living room, small room and large bathroom", the internal layout is becoming more and more reasonable, and there are closed-circuit televisions and sanitary ware for water, electricity, heating and communication.

(2) Infrastructure construction of community life. For a long time, the property management of the living area of the base, including water, electricity and heating, is entirely the responsibility of the company itself. The total office area of the company base and the construction area of production facilities exceed 60,000 square meters. Self-provided water, electricity, heating and other energy facilities include 1 6KV switching station and 13 substation, with a daily power supply capacity of 654.38+10,000 kWh; ; 4 deep drinking wells with a daily water supply capacity of 6,000 cubic meters; There are 7 heating boilers with a heating capacity of 450,000 square meters. The company has a staff bath, a cemetery and a liquefied gas station on the south side of the living area.

(3) Construction and development of community education. The company has complete educational hardware facilities. At first, there were four kindergartens: two in the construction area, one in the south area and one in the north area. After the transformation and merger, there is only one kindergarten, with a construction area of more than 2,000 square meters. The company's children's school was built at the end of 1970, with the total construction area of primary school teaching building, middle school teaching building, comprehensive building, experimental building and technical teaching building12500m2. 200 1 expand the high school branch on the basis of the original technical school. The company's technical school was built in 1978, with a building area of 4,000 square meters. It is used for education, office work and practice, and has trained a large number of skilled workers and managers for the enterprise society.

(4) Community medical and health construction. Company staff hospital was established in 197 1 year. From the health care station on the construction site, it has gradually developed into a secondary hospital with a certain scale and complete functions today. After the inpatient building 1999 with an investment of more than 7 million yuan and a construction area of 43 10 square meters was put into use, the total construction area of the company's staff hospital reached12,000 square meters, which significantly improved the medical conditions of employees and their families.

(5) Community commerce. The construction area of commercial facilities in the base is 2,700 square meters, including a comprehensive shopping mall and a farmer's market, and there are also commercial outlets in each living area. The company and relevant local units * * * jointly invested in the construction of a comprehensive business building for banks and posts and telecommunications, with a construction area of 1200m2. In addition, Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and rural cooperative credit cooperatives have also set up savings offices in the living quarters.

(6) Community health work. 1983 set up a professional greening and sanitation team to comprehensively afforest the living quarters on a large scale. After nearly 20 years' unremitting efforts, there are 65,438+10,000 trees and 65,438+10,000 square meters of lawns in four categories and more than 80 varieties. The green area is more than 500,000 square meters, accounting for 100% of the green area, the green coverage rate is 38%, the public green space is 2 10000 square meters, and the per capita green space is 35 square meters. In the early 1980s, a farm was set up in the south of the living area in order to solve the problem of the resignation of some employees and the employment of their spouses registered in rural areas, to resettle some unemployed young people and to improve the lives of employees, and at the same time, it was also the call of the corresponding countries for industrial and mining enterprises to further improve agricultural and sideline production.

(8) Community cultural and sports construction. Various cultural activities in the community mainly rely on enterprise party committees, trade unions and other units. Hold company basketball games and sports meetings regularly; During the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival, the company and Qilu Petrochemical Rubber Factory will jointly hold a literary evening and fireworks evening to attract community residents and residents in surrounding areas to watch. Under the guidance of the company, residents set up yangko team, gongs and drums team, calligraphy association and other cultural and sports groups to enrich their spare time. The company has invested in the construction of workers' clubs and workers' cultural activity centers, including 1350 square meters circular ballroom. Invested in the construction of swimming pools, lighting venues, gymnasiums, community parks and fitness equipment scattered in various living areas, which basically met the needs of employees and their families in fitness, leisure and entertainment.

(9) Community culture. Because community residents come from all parts of the motherland and have a unique corporate culture, after more than 30 years of exchanges and integration, they have formed a unique lifestyle and community culture. Residents have a considerable sense of identity with their living environment and neighbors. Linguistically, residents in the community do not speak dialects, but use Mandarin, which is in sharp contrast with the surrounding areas (except Qilu Petrochemical). In the era of planned economy, they have high income and welfare and high social status, so both employees and their children are proud of being "the top ten builders" and unconsciously exclude people outside the community. Even children don't want to play with children in neighboring communities, even neighboring rubber factories and Fushan communities.
