Sandplay experience! ! ! Go, go, go, go, go ~ Get down on your knees ~ ~

Sandplay therapy is not technology, but respect for life.

A plate of fine sand and several models can express a person's inner world through free placement, which is the wonder of Professor Zhang Risheng's sandplay therapy. "Sandbox therapy", also known as sandbox game and psychological sandbox, comes from the analytical psychology of Karl G Jung, a Swiss psychologist, psychoanalyst and founder of analytical psychology (1875- 196 1). As early as 1960s, sandplay therapy was widely used and popularized all over the world and became one of the mainstream methods of nonverbal psychotherapy. From 65438 to 0998, Zhang Risheng, a professor at the Institute of Developmental Psychology of Beijing Normal University, took the lead in introducing this technology from Japan to China, and made innovations in combination with the characteristics of China people. For more than ten years, with his promotion and research, sandplay therapy has made great progress in China and become the first choice for many psychological counselors to treat their clients. And cooperated with Boren of Beijing Normal University to set up the application research center of Beijing Normal University, and actively promoted the sandplay therapy. As a psychological counselor, I was lucky enough to attend several training courses of Professor Zhang Risheng. During this period, my biggest feeling is that compared with other therapies, Professor Zhang Risheng's sandplay therapy pays more attention to stimulating the self-healing ability of visitors, and it puts forward the concept of "humanistic care, clear mind and clear mind". The spirit of "heart-to-heart inaction" also illustrates this point. In Professor Zhang Risheng's view, "in the process of consultation, what has the most consultation and treatment function is not consulting technology, but love, heart and attitude, as well as mutual trust and unconditional acceptance between consultants and visitors". Therefore, Professor Zhang advocates that psychological counselors should cooperate with the rhythm of treatment of visitors, give them enough time, and guide them to discover their true hearts through their own placement behavior through the deepening of sand play therapy, thus activating the energy of self-healing of visitors. In this process, counselors should keep "two hearts". First, we should have self-confidence: we should believe in the subjective initiative and self-healing power of visitors; The second is patience. For the awakening process of visitors, psychological counselors will not take subjective intervention in the form of tasks, but should wait patiently until their self-healing ability is activated. In this process, the counselor establishes a safe, protected and unconditional acceptance environment for the visitors, so that the personality of the visitors can be fully respected, and the relationship of mutual trust can be established with the counselor more quickly, which will help the visitors enter the treatment process more quickly. I fully realized the feasibility of this method in the process of psychological counseling, especially for some visitors with strong self-protection consciousness. Regarding the essence of sandplay therapy, Professor Zhang Risheng once said, "sandplay therapy is not a technology, but a respect for life." I think this sentence also tells the essence of psychological counseling. No matter whether it is sandplay therapy or other therapies, no matter what kind of counseling, the final solution to the problem is based on communication between counselors and visitors, and respect is the basis of good communication. In this sense, Professor Zhang Risheng not only talked about the theory of psychological counseling technology, but also taught us personal cultivation as psychological counselors.
