2. Patrol post

① Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, implement the 24-hour patrol system, strictly implement the queue walking standards, and establish a good image and personal moral demeanor of the company;

(2) Establish a strong sense of responsibility, comprehensively do a good job in public security, fire fighting, vehicles, fees, residents' call for help, etc. in the property area to ensure public security and order in the property area;

(3) Be familiar with the residents in the area I am responsible for, understand the housing topography and the layout of each passage in other areas within the jurisdiction of the property, conduct regular patrols and inspections, and handle problems in time when found;

(4) Be familiar with the configuration of fire-fighting facilities in the property area, skillfully use all kinds of fire-fighting equipment and master the knowledge of fire prevention and self-help;

⑤ Check the use of equipment and facilities and the sanitation and cleanliness of public facilities, report the damage of facilities in time, and promptly persuade and stop any behavior that harms the property management in the property area;

⑥ Strengthen the management of motor vehicles in the property area and maintain the parking order of vehicles;
