Under normal circumstances, real estate development enterprises shall meet the following conditions when delivering pre-sold residential commercial houses:

For a construction project with automatic fire-fighting facilities, a technical inspection report on building fire-fighting facilities shall also be submitted and fire-fighting acceptance shall be organized. If the fire control acceptance is unqualified, the construction unit shall not hand over the work, and the building owner shall not accept the use.

Any expenses incurred during this period shall be borne by the developer. In addition, the employer shall bear all the liabilities for breach of contract for delayed delivery.
5. Sign a supplementary agreement on the settlement of commercial housing area.
6. The developer gives the house key to the owner.
7. After completing the above procedures, issue a notice of occupancy. Take this list to the property company to register the owner.
