Regulations on the management of biogas recovery

All kinds of organic matter can be used as fermentation raw materials for the new pond. At present, most of them are continuous fermentation biogas digesters with feces as raw materials. Therefore, it can only be started with all kinds of livestock manure and human urine. Cow dung is the best, followed by pig, horse and sheep dung. Popularize biogas digesters with 6-8 cubic meters of pits, and the amount required for starting each pit is 2000-2500 kg of dry manure (without water). In addition, 30% of the total amount of old biogas digester liquid, biogas residue or sludge manure residue at the bottom of old ponds and old cesspits are added as strains to shorten the time of fermentation and gas production. The method is to open the skylight cover (movable cover) of qualified biogas digester, alternately put manure and strains into the pool, and then add water. The total water quantity should be about 30 cm above the upper edge of the outlet of the discharge chamber (hydraulic chamber), neither too much nor too little. After adding water and feeding, the skylight cover can be closed again and the transmission and distribution fittings can be installed.

Second, test the fire

The biogas digesters that have passed the quality inspection can produce gas for 7- 10 days in winter and 3-7 days in other seasons after feeding. When the pressure reaches more than 30 cm water column (about 3000 Pascal), you can exhaust miscellaneous gas and try the fire on the cooker. First, open the doors and windows, turn on the main switch to eliminate foreign objects, and turn off the main switch when the pressure gauge shows that it drops to 3 cm water column (about 3000 Pascal). After half a day or so, the air pressure will rise above 30 cm water column, and then repeat the above operation. Generally, start the ignition 1-2 times, and try the fire on the cooker. If there is no ignition, the above operation can be repeated until it is ignited. Pay attention to the fact that the pressure cannot be reduced to "0" every time the air is exhausted, so as to avoid the air from reversely entering the transmission and distribution system and affecting the success of ignition. Before ignition, if the gas pressure is above 60cm water column, the switch before the method is only turned on at 1/3- 1/2, and the air door of the cooker is turned down to increase the gas concentration. After ignition, you can gradually increase and adjust the air door until the flame of the cooker reaches the maximum and there is no blue fire.

Third, the daily management

After feeding and stirring, the biogas digester with normal gas production is a continuous fermentation gas production process, and daily management must be adhered to to ensure normal gas consumption and biogas fertilizer fermentation quality. Feed regularly after the peak of gas consumption every afternoon. The daily feed is not less than 100 kg for 8 cubic meters and not less than 80 kg for 6 cubic meters. The feed concentration is 6%- 12%. With the different seasons, the lower the temperature, the higher the requirement for feed concentration. According to practical experience, every 3-5 people raise 3 50 kg fat pigs in a 6-8 cubic biogas digester, and the discharged feces can meet the requirements of raw materials. Every afternoon, just scrape the pig manure into the pool, and then rinse the circle surface with appropriate amount of water until it is clean. As soon as the rinse water is fed into the pool, the feeding can be completed. After feeding, at the same time, 3-5 loads of biogas slurry are left from the discharge room (water pressure room) and rushed into the pool from the water inlet (toilet squat pit) to play a stirring role. Stirring makes fresh materials fully mixed with microorganisms in biogas slurry, which is beneficial to full fermentation, improves the utilization rate of raw materials, and at the same time realizes complete anaerobic fermentation of biogas digesters to promote the transformation of nutrients, kills pathogenic microorganisms and parasitic eggs between human and livestock feces, improves the quality of biogas fertilizer, and is beneficial to pollution-free production.

Routine inspection of equipment and facilities

(1) Inspection of gas transmission, distribution and consumption system: from gas pipeline to cooker) (lamps) should be inspected frequently, and the joints and switches can be smeared with soapy water. If bubbles appear, it means looseness and leakage, which should be repaired in time.

(2) Inspection of biogas digester: Always observe whether the hydraulic interface is up and down normally. When gas is used normally, the liquid level drops, and when gas is stopped, the liquid level rises normally. For example, there is no gas after feeding, and the liquid level drops sharply or does not rise, indicating that there is leakage or blockage. In addition, pay attention to whether there are cracks around the pool cover and pool, and take corresponding measures to remedy them.

Fourth, safety precautions

1, after the biogas digester is started, it is absolutely forbidden to try the fire in the airway, and it is only appropriate to try the fire on the stove. When many fire tests fail to burn or the gas transmission system leaks, and there is a strong smell of several eggs in the room, it is forbidden to light an open flame to avoid an explosion accident.

2, the stove (lamp) should be installed in a place far away from flammable items and convenient to use.

3. When using gas, you must ensure good indoor ventilation. Before going to bed at night or going out for a long time, check whether the gas switch is turned off to prevent poisoning.

4, has been feeding biogas digesters, regardless of gas production, if it is necessary to maintain the pool, should first open the movable cover, conditional from the import and export of blast, thoroughly remove harmful gases in the pool, replace the fresh air. Do an animal experiment before entering the pool, and hang chickens, ducks, rabbits, cats and other animals into the pool for observation for 20-30 minutes. Only when animals act normally and have no abnormality can they enter the pool for maintenance.
