Property pipeline safety inspection

The pipeline system has been installed, and now a comprehensive inspection is started. All pipes, valves, gaskets and fasteners strictly comply with the design and technical specifications. Next, we will make preparations before the pressure test to ensure the quality and safety of the pipeline system.

Preparation before stress test

Before the pressure test, we will remove the fittings that are not suitable for pressure test and replace them with temporary short pipes. All openings will be tightly sealed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the pressure test.

Key points of pressure test

The test pressure is 0.5 times of the working pressure of 65438+ system, but it will not exceed the allowable pressure of the pipeline. Water injection must be slow, and sealing inspection should be done after filling. When pressurizing, we slowly pressurize to the test pressure with a hand pump, and then stabilize the pressure 1 hour. If the pressure drop is less than 0.05Mpa, it can be reduced to 1. 15 times of the working pressure, and then stabilized for 2 hours. There is no leakage by visual inspection, and the pressure drop is less than 0.03Mpa even if it is qualified.

Purging work

Qualified pipes will be purged until all dirt is washed away. We will make records of purging and pressure test for subsequent inspection and maintenance.
