Third, the use of property maintenance funds.

2. 3. Four, the use of property maintenance funds shall perform the following procedures:
(a) the property management unit holds the application form and plan for the use of the property maintenance fund approved by the owners' committee, and reports to the municipal property maintenance fund management institution;
(two) after verification, the city property maintenance fund management institutions allocated 70% of the maintenance costs for verification;
(three) after the completion of the project, the property management unit shall report the following information to the municipal property maintenance fund management institution, and after verification, allocate the balance of maintenance expenses.
The housing security agencies identified as dangerous houses, and elevator failure, roof leakage and other emergencies seriously affect the normal use of the property and need immediate maintenance. After obtaining the consent of the owners' committee, the municipal property maintenance fund management agency can give financial guarantee in advance to ensure timely maintenance. After the maintenance, the relevant maintenance expenses shall be written off.
