I. Construction conditions

Four, the construction operation points

1, grass-roots disposal

Thoroughly remove floating ash, oil stain, release agent, hollowing and weathering products that affect the bonding strength on the grassroots wall.

2. In order to increase the adhesion between the extruded board and several layers at the grass-roots level, the interface agent should be brushed on both sides of the extruded board.

3. Configure special adhesive:

1) Pour 5 parts (by weight) of dry-mixed mortar into a clean plastic bucket, and add 1 part of purified water. Stir while adding water, and then stir with a hand-held electric mixer for 5 minutes until it is evenly stirred and has a moderate consistency.

2) Let the prepared adhesive stand for 5 minutes and use it after stirring. The prepared adhesive should be used up within 1 hour.

3) The special binder is only allowed to participate in water purification, and other additives (agents) are not allowed to be added.

4. Installation of extruded board

1) The specification of the standard board is 1200*600, and the diagonal error is less than 2. Extruded board is cut by electric heating wire cutter or tool knife, and the allowable dimension deviation is? 1。 5。

2) Grid cloth turnover: pre-stick grid cloth on extruded boards such as door and window openings and both sides of deformation joints. The total width is about 200, and the turnover local width is 80. The specific method is as follows: the cutting length of the grid cloth is 180 plus the thickness of the plate. First, apply a special glue with a length of 80 and a width of 2 to the turned-over part of the bag, then press in a grid cloth with a length of 80, and throw away the rest for later use.

3) The prepared special glue is coated on the back of the extruded board, and the compaction thickness of the glue is about 3. In order to ensure firm bonding, the bonding methods can be strip bonding method and strip point bonding method.

4) Strip sticking method: use a toothed trowel to evenly spread the special glue on the extruded board, with the strip width 10, the thickness 10 and the middle distance of 50.

5) Stripe method: Apply special glue with a width of 50 and a thickness of 10 around and in the middle of each extruded board, and then spread ash cakes with a diameter of 100 and a thickness of 10 in the separation area of the extruded board.

6) Paste the extruded board coated with special adhesive on the wall quickly to avoid crusting and losing the bonding effect. Do not use special adhesive on the side of extruded board.

7) After the extruded board is attached to the wall, flatten it with a 2-meter ruler to ensure its flatness and firm paste. Plates should be tightly pressed without seams. The gaps caused by irregular cutting shall be filled with extruded boards and smoothed. After each board is pasted, the extruded special glue should be removed.

8) Extruded boards shall be horizontally pasted in sections along the direction of degrees from bottom to top, and the staggered length of each row of boards shall be 1/2, and the minimum staggered joint of some parts shall not be less than 100.

5. Fixing device of equipment:

1) Fasteners shall be installed within 8 hours after the extruded board is pasted and completed within 24 hours. According to the design requirements, drill holes with impact drill, the aperture is 10, the depth of drilling into the foundation wall is about 60, and the depth of anchoring fasteners into the foundation wall is about 50, so as to ensure firmness.

2) The number of fasteners shall be set according to the requirements of design clarification.

3) Self-tapping screws should be tightened, and the engineering plastic shrinkage nail cap should be neatly or slightly screwed into the appearance of the extruded board to ensure that the tail of the shrinkage nail rotates and is fully anchored with the foundation wall.

6, grinding:

1) Uneven joints of extruded board shall be sanded with coarse sandpaper, and circled gently, not along the direction parallel to the joints of extruded board.

2) After polishing, the extruded board chips and floating ash shall be cleaned up with a brush in time.

7, decorative line Angle:

1) according to the design requirements, use ink lines to pop up the required line angle position, and stop the degree and vertical direction correction.

2) Slot Angle Use a slotting machine to cut the extruded board into slots, and the thinnest part of the slot of the extruded board shall not be less than 15.

3) After the convex line angle is cut according to the design size, the line angle and the two sides of the corresponding extruded board are brushed with interfacial agent, and then coated with special glue to make it stick firmly.

8, wipe the bottom polymer mortar:

1) The configuration of polymer mortar is the same as that of special binder.

2) Spread the prepared polymer mortar evenly on the extruded board with a thickness of 2.

9, press into the grid cloth:

1) The grid cloth shall be cut according to the length and width of the working face, and the lap width shall be reserved. The cutting of grid cloth should stop along the warp and weft direction.

2) Turn over the grid cloth around the openings such as doors and windows, and reinforce the four corners with a layer of grid cloth. The entire grid cloth should be turned around the hole and above the additional grid cloth.

3) Apply polymer mortar to the holes on the front and side of the extruded board and the turnover part of the grid cloth (only polymer mortar can be applied to the end edge of the extruded board here). Turn the pre-cast grid cloth along the thickness of the plate and press it into polymer mortar.

4) Straighten the whole grid cloth along the degree direction, pay attention to the inward bending side of the grid cloth, and smooth the grid cloth with a trowel, with the middle upward and both sides downward to make it tight. The lap width of the grid cloth in the horizontal direction is not less than 100, and the lap length in the vertical direction is not less than 80. Use polymer mortar to supplement the bottom mortar gap at the lap joint, and the grid cloth shall not wrinkle, empty drum or warp.

5) At the corner of the concave-convex line, the narrow grid cloth should be buried in the underlying polymer mortar, and the whole grid cloth should be placed on the narrow grid cloth, with a lap width of 80.

6) At the corner of the wall, the grid cloth on both sides of the wall is lapped around the corner in two directions, and the lap width of each side is not less than 200.

10, plastering polymer mortar:

1) After the bottom polymer mortar is plastered into the grid cloth, when the mortar solidifies until the appearance is not sticky, the polymer mortar shall be plastered, and the plastering thickness shall be subject to covering the grid cloth, so that the total thickness of the polymer mortar is 2. 5? 3。 0。

13, repair hole:

1) When the scaffold is dismantled, the hole should be repaired in time. Stop filling the hole with the same foundation wall material and smooth it with 1: 3 cement mortar.

2) Cut the extruded board according to the hole size, and polish the edge to make it tightly sealed at the hole. And brush the interface agent on both sides of the extruded board.

3) After the cement mortar in the hole is solidified, coat a layer of special glue with the thickness of 10 on the back of the extruded board, insert the extruded board into the hole, and be careful not to coat special glue around the edges.

4) The cutting area can cover the grid cloth with the size of the whole repair area and overlap with the surrounding grid cloth by 80.

5) Coat the bottom polymer mortar and bury it in the grid cloth for repair. When the appearance is not wet, coat the top polymer mortar with a thickness different from that of the surrounding area.

6) Smooth the unevenness of the old and new appearance with a wet brush, and brush off the edge of the hole.

Five, quality inspection specifications

1, guaranteed items:

3) Polymer mortar and extruded board must be closely pasted, with no delamination, empty drum, ash explosion and cracks on the surface.

2, basic engineering:
