Both parties go to the gas department to handle the transfer and name change procedures in person. If there is no agreement or the agreement is not clear, the gas department will not handle it;

Assist in the transfer of cable TV: Cable TV adopts a card system for one household. In case of arrears, the cable station will be terminated after a long time. Therefore, when buying a house at the time of delivery, the seller can be required to submit the receipt certificate of cable TV fee and the initial installation certificate of cable TV in the year of delivery.
