What do you mean by special service charge?

Service fee refers to the fees charged by property management service enterprises for providing services other than public property service contracts entrusted by individual owners.

Services include transportation and storage, moving at the request of the owner, transporting liquefied gas bottles, coal and other labor costs. The service fee can be paid by the owner voluntarily. However, if the property company collects special service fees without the consent of the owner, it may be regarded as arbitrary charges, and the owner has the right to complain.
