Asymptomatic infected persons and mild cases with home isolation conditions generally adopt home isolation, or they can voluntarily choose centralized isolation treatment. Close contacts with home isolation conditions can be isolated at home for 5 days, or they can voluntarily choose centralized isolation, and the isolation will be lifted after the nucleic acid test is negative on the fifth day.

The fourth is to implement "quick sealing and quick solution" for high-risk areas. High-risk areas without new infections for 5 consecutive days should be unsealed in time.

The fifth is to ensure the basic drug purchase needs of the masses. Local pharmacies should operate normally and cannot be shut down at will. It is not allowed to restrict people from buying over-the-counter drugs such as fever, cough, antivirus and cold medicine online and offline.

Sixth, speed up COVID-19 vaccination for the elderly.

Seventh, strengthen the diagnosis and classified management of health status of key populations.

Eight is to ensure the normal operation of society and basic medical services.

Nine is to strengthen the security related to the epidemic. It is strictly forbidden to block fire exits, unit doors and residential doors in various ways to ensure that people go out for medical treatment and emergency avoidance.

The tenth is to further optimize the school epidemic prevention and control work.

Legal basis:

Article 41 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. The local people's governments at or above the county level may take isolation measures against the people in the place where the cases of Class A infectious diseases occur or in a specific area of the place, and report to the people's government at the next higher level; The people's government at a higher level that receives the report shall immediately make a decision on approval or disapproval. If the people's government at a higher level makes a decision not to approve, the people's government that implements the isolation measures shall immediately lift the isolation measures.

During the period of isolation, the people's government that implements isolation measures shall provide living security for the isolated personnel; If the isolated person has a work unit, his work unit will not stop paying his remuneration during the isolation period.

The lifting of isolation measures shall be decided by the original decision-making organ and announced.
