Second, public transport resumed operation. The whole network of ground bus and rail transit in the city resumed basic operation, and the ferry across the river (including the three islands passenger transport) resumed operation in an orderly manner.

Third, motor vehicles resumed traffic. Terminate the implementation of the electronic pass system for motor vehicles, and resume the normal operation of cruise taxis and network cars; Except for high-risk areas, closed control areas and control areas, private cars and corporate cars run normally. Application for driving a motor vehicle out of the city crossing shall be handled in accordance with the existing regulations.
