What kind of enterprise is SMIC?

SMIC was established on July 28th, 20 15, and its business scope is 1. Invest in areas where foreign investment is allowed by the state according to law; 2. Entrusted by the invested enterprise in writing (unanimously approved by the board of directors), provide the following services to the enterprise it provides: (1) Assist or represent the invested enterprise in purchasing machinery and equipment, office equipment and raw materials, components and spare parts needed for production from home and abroad, sell the products produced by the invested enterprise at home and abroad, and provide after-sales service; (2) Balancing the foreign exchange of the invested enterprise with the consent and supervision of the foreign exchange administration department; (3) Providing the invested enterprise with technical support, staff training, internal personnel management and other services in the process of product production, sales and market development; (four) to assist the invested enterprises to provide loans and guarantees; 3. Set up R&D centers or departments in China, engage in R&D of new products and high technologies, transfer R&D results, and provide corresponding technical services; 4. Providing consulting services for investors, and providing consulting services such as market information and investment policies related to their investments for affiliated companies; 5. To undertake the service outsourcing business of the parent company and affiliated companies; 6. Wholesale, import and export of integrated circuit products, commission agency (except auction) and related supporting business; 7. Own property for rent. Projects that must be approved according to law can only carry out business activities after being approved by the relevant departments.
