Can the property contract be shown to the owner?

Legal analysis: the property service contract is generally signed by the industry Committee and the property, and supervised by the community. The contents of the contract should be made public to the owner, or the owner should have the right to know.

If the property is not produced, the owner can ask the industry committee to check the contract, and the property company has no right to refuse the request of the industry committee.
