Log in to the mobile banking APP of China Construction Bank, click Enjoy Life, and click the More button to enter the payment page. The payment page includes water fee, electricity fee, mobile phone fee, solidified phone fee, property fee, cable TV, IC card recharge, rent, etc. Click on the water fee, enter the payer and the water number, and check whether the water number information is correct. If it is correct, enter the payment number to pay.
