Is it reasonable for the lessor to pay the property fee?

Under normal circumstances, the property fee shall be paid by the owner to the property management company in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. However, it should be noted that the lessor and the lessee have agreed that the lessee will pay the property fee to the property company, and the property company will confirm it in writing, so the property fee will be paid by the lessee.

The owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement.
