Brief introduction of Jiangsu property management regulations

The Regulations on Property Management in Jiangsu Province was adopted at the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People's Congress of Jiangsu Province on February 24th, 2000, and revised according to the Decision on Amending the Regulations on Property Management in Jiangsu Province at the 6th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth People's Congress of Jiangsu Province on October 25th, 2003. 2012165438+1revised at the 3rd1meeting of the 11th Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee on October 29th. The regulations are divided into general rules, property management areas, owners, owners' congress and owners' committee, prophase property management, property services, use and maintenance of property, legal responsibilities and supplementary rules, with a total of 8 chapters and 93 articles, which will come into force on May 13, 2003.
