Building envelope standard

A continuous closed fence must be set up on the construction site, with the height of main road fence not less than 2.5m, and the height of general road fence not less than1.8m. If the enclosure occupies motor vehicle lanes, non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, the height of enclosure shall not affect the intersection sight distance and meet the requirements of traffic management departments. The shell setting requirements are as follows:

1. The enclosure shall not occupy roads, pipelines, green spaces and fire exits without authorization; Shall not set up outdoor advertising, hanging banners and other promotional materials without authorization; Materials and construction waste shall not be piled up outside the enclosure, and other facilities shall not be built.

The enclosure shall not be used as the wall of the temporary building; Do not use striped cloth, bamboo fences, safety nets or deformable materials; Building materials (bricks) shall not be used for dry masonry, and enclosures shall be used as stress walls for retaining soil and piles.

2. The enclosure setting unit shall be responsible for the enclosure setting safety, keep the enclosure intact and tidy, and do the following daily maintenance work: if the enclosure is incomplete, damaged or inclined, it shall be repaired or replaced in time; If the shell is stained or faded, it should be cleaned and painted in time; If the apron is short of words, it should be corrected in time; If the lighting display of enclosure lighting facilities is incomplete, it shall be repaired in time.

3, Dang Wei shall not be dismantled without authorization, must inform before dismantling, before the completion inspection and acceptance, Dang Wei must be dismantled at the construction site.

Shell setting standard:

1, material style. Precast enclosures are recommended for housing construction projects, and prefabricated enclosures should be adopted for municipal road projects, among which mobile temporary enclosures are allowed for municipal engineering sites with less than 30 days of construction time and limited construction space or temporary sites.

2, spray dust. The construction unit shall set up a dust-proof spray system evenly around the masonry enclosure and the assembled enclosure, and the spray system shall be used regularly without moving the enclosure.

3. Advertising settings. In addition to the necessary safety warning signs, construction project introduction and public service advertisements, commercial advertisements shall not be set up in the temporary enclosure of municipal works; The proportion of public service advertisements on the enclosure at the construction site is not less than 30%, which meets the requirements of civilization creation and is evenly distributed. The content of non-public service advertisements is limited to the promotion of projects or enterprises.

4. Safety warning. Red light warning signs should be set on the enclosure of municipal roads and rain and sewage diversion projects in the built-up area, and 300mm yellow and black warning signs should be set at the bottom of the enclosure, which should be lit at night.
