2. The access door is covered by metal or other obstacles. When swiping a card, the entrance guard gate needs to be accessible.
3. The mobile phone adopts a metal mobile phone case or a thick mobile phone case. Please take off the phone case and try swiping the card again.
4. The power access control is weak when swiping the card. Please swipe your card near the NFC sensing area of your mobile phone, and try to adjust the position and angle of NFC sensing area and access gate when swiping your card.
5. Access cards are normally used in other gates, and some gates fail to swipe their cards. The default card interface depends on the NFC function. If the device does not support NFC, setting the default card is temporarily not supported.
