The heating fee refund standard is as follows:

1. If the indoor temperature of hot users is not up to standard due to the responsibility of the heating unit, the heating unit will refund 40% of the unqualified days if the indoor temperature of hot users is above 16℃ (including 16℃) and below 18℃ after temperature measurement;

2. If the room temperature of hot users is lower than 16℃, the fee will be refunded in full according to the number of unqualified days;

3, heating unit temperature, the interval shall not be less than 5 days. After temperature measurement, the living room temperature of hot users is not up to standard 1 time, and the fee will be refunded in 2 days;

4. If the temperature measurement fails to meet the standard twice, it will be refunded according to 10 day;

5, 3 times in a month (including 3 times) can not meet the standard, according to the 30-day refund;

6, heating period of more than 3 months, as the full heating period is not up to standard, according to the full refund of heating costs.
