Does the elevator maintenance company need to wait until the property is confirmed?

Whether the company needs to wait for the property confirmation before carrying out maintenance mainly depends on the agreement in the property management contract.

If the elevator is included in the equipment and facilities agreed in the property management contract, then the property management company is responsible for the maintenance.

If the elevator is not in the contract, then the owner will arrange a professional unit for maintenance. The owner may also entrust the elevator to a property management company for maintenance, and both parties may separately sign the Contract for Entrusted Maintenance of Elevator or the Property Management Contract >: Appendix "Agreement on Maintenance of Elevator".
