Legal basis of no-fly line at high altitude

The Regulation * * * contains 10, chapter 8 1, which stipulates the division of residential property management areas, property management organization forms, property management services, property warranty funds and special maintenance funds, supervision and management, and legal responsibilities, so as to further standardize the property management work in our city and improve the property management service level.

The "Regulations" explicitly prohibit throwing objects at high altitude, charging for flying lines, and occupying green spaces, and give property service enterprises the right to dissuade, stop and report. Discourage and stop ineffective, the realty service enterprise shall promptly report to the relevant competent departments, and investigate and deal with them according to law.
