Job summary:

Perform equipment reliability planning and maintenance tasks for all equipment in the theme park to improve safety, reliability and operability. Through thermal imaging, ultrasonic, pressure, vibration, oil analysis and other technologies, the equipment is predicted and tested, and the amusement machinery system is predicted and maintained.

Qualifications:

More than 5 years maintenance experience, including 3 years predictive maintenance or reliability experience.

Educational background:

College degree or above in reliability engineering, mechanical engineering or material engineering. Bachelor degree is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

Understand and abide by company policies, work flow and training plan, actively participate in environment, health and safety construction, and ensure the safety of all team members and guests. Take a proactive approach to safety issues, such as conducting continuous job safety analysis, using personal protective equipment and discussing safety issues with the team regularly. Set safety improvement goals for the team, provide guidance to ensure the realization of the goals, and communicate all the goals to the team.

Work with supervisor to develop oil sample sampling process and sampling plan, and make continuous optimization, including oil sample collection, tool management, oil sample delivery to third-party suppliers and oil sample report progress tracking.

The implementation of predictive maintenance plan to identify potential faults requires the use of different technologies, including thermal image inspection, ultrasonic inspection, pressure inspection, vibration analysis and so on.

According to the equipment diagnosis phenomenon, input data and continuously update it to the equipment reliability panel.

Work closely with equipment maintenance department and support department to optimize equipment maintenance plan to achieve the best life cycle of equipment and reduce downtime.
