This project is developed and constructed by Mianyang Jiarong Darui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiarong Darui Company) and is a purely commercial project. At present, only foundation pit excavation has been carried out, and there is no pre-sale. In view of the above situation, Jiarong Darui Company plans to start construction in the second half of 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
