Are there any provisions about property in the Civil Code?

Although the owner has left the house vacant and basically never moved in, as long as the property provides the proper property service according to the contract requirements, the owner should pay the property fee according to the agreement whether he enjoys the property service or not. Article 944 stipulates that property service providers who provide services in accordance with the agreement and relevant regulations shall not refuse to pay property fees on the grounds that they have not accepted or do not need to accept relevant property services.
