What is the charging standard for the property fee of the relocated house?

The standard of the relocation house property fee is determined by the government guidance price and the property area. The property area multiplied by the unit price of the property fee multiplied by 12 months is the property fee for one year. Property owners and users entrust property management units to carry out daily maintenance, repair, transformation and provide other services related to residents' lives in residential areas, such as houses, buildings and equipment, public facilities, greening, sanitation, transportation, public security and environment, and need to charge related fees.

Property service charges should follow the principles of reasonableness, openness and adaptability between charges and service level.

Article 8

Property management enterprises shall clearly mark the price in accordance with the provisions of the competent pricing department of the government, and publicize the service contents, service standards, charging items and charging standards in a prominent position within the property management area.

Article 42 of the Regulations on Property Management

The price departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, jointly with the real estate administrative departments at the same level, strengthen the supervision of property service charges.

Article 48

The real estate administrative departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall promptly handle the complaints of owners, owners' committees, property users and property service enterprises in property management activities.
