In order to ensure the security and stability of the community and effectively control the management of personnel access, the property management company will enable the closed access control system. The specific work arrangements are as follows:

1, three access control systems have been opened in the community: access control for the owners of the community, access control for the central island, and access control for the lobby on the first floor of each building;

2. The property management company has made the owner's access control IC card in different stairs (the access control authority is limited, for example, the access control card of Building A 1 elevator cannot open the access control of other stairs);

3. The property management company will issue 3 access control IC cards to each owner free of charge and collect them at the property service center. If the owner has lost or needs to supplement, he needs to report the loss to the property department and apply for it, and pay the fee for each 30 yuan (the excess is only paid to the owner's immediate family members or permanent residents);

4. If the owner forgets to bring the IC card, he can ask the monitoring center for help according to the prompt button on the access control display screen.

5. The access control system will be opened on March 18, 2008. Require car owners to bring their ID cards to the service center. The daily processing time is 08: 30-12: 0014: 30-17: 30.
