Who pays the property fee?

Legal analysis: Property fee is the fee charged by property owners and users to entrust property management units to carry out daily maintenance, repair and transformation of houses, buildings and their equipment, public facilities, greening, sanitation, transportation, public security, environment and other facilities related to residents' lives in residential areas.

Charging standard: 1.00 yuan/(per square meter), 0.75 yuan/(per square meter), 0.45 yuan/(per square meter), 0.35 yuan/(per square meter) Name of property management enterprise, charging object, service content, service standard, charging method, charging start time, charging items, charging standard and price.

Legal basis: Article 40 of the Regulations on Property Management should follow the principles of reasonableness, openness, and adaptation of fees and service levels, and distinguish the nature and characteristics of different properties. Owners and property service enterprises shall, according to the measures for charging property services formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the competent construction administrative department of the State Council, stipulate in the property service contract.
