Extraction conditions of Wuhu provident fund

Wuhu provident fund extraction conditions are as follows:

1. The owner-occupied house has been purchased and the house ownership certificate has not been obtained for more than 3 months;

2, new construction, renovation of self-occupied housing, the planning department for building approval for less than two years or to receive housing ownership certificates for less than three months;

3, owner-occupied housing overhaul and repair costs accounted for more than 25% of the total cost, and the identification report or overhaul certificate of dangerous houses did not exceed one year;

4. Repay the principal and interest of the loan for the purchase and construction of owner-occupied housing;

5. Renting unselfish houses with property rights in urban areas where housing provident fund has been paid, or the per capita housing construction area of the family is less than 15 square meters, and the housing provident fund has not been withdrawn for rental in that year;

6. Retired;

7. Go abroad or settle abroad;

8. The employee dies or is declared dead;

9, completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

10, the registered permanent residence moved out of the administrative area of this municipality, and the housing accumulation fund system was not established in the place where it moved in;

1 1. Migrant workers who are not registered in this city will no longer be employed in this city after terminating their labor relations with their units;

12. After terminating the labor relationship with the employer, he has not been re-employed for five years.

Provident fund withdrawal process is as follows:

1. Materials provided by employees and audited by the unit. After examination and approval, the handling personnel of the unit shall fill in the Application Form for Housing Provident Fund Extraction and the Inventory of Housing Provident Fund Extraction, and submit an application to the account management department with the original and photocopy of relevant certification materials;

2, provident fund center management personnel to review the materials, give a reply within 3 days;

3. For eligible employees, the provident fund center shall establish a record sheet of housing provident fund withdrawal, and affix the seal of "housing provident fund withdrawal has been handled" on the purchase invoice (or purchase receipt, down payment invoice, rent invoice, tax payment voucher and purchase material invoice).

4. The management personnel enter the withdrawal list of housing provident fund and confirm the personal savings account.

To sum up, housing provident fund is a long-term housing savings fund. If the unit provides this benefit, the employees who have paid the housing provident fund can apply for withdrawing the balance in the individual housing provident fund account when necessary.

Legal basis:

Article 24 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund

In any of the following circumstances, the employee may withdraw the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

(2) retirement;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) Having left the country to settle down;

(5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

(six) the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income.

In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time.

If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.
