Property management is not in place. In 2006, a three-story building was illegally built 1500 square meters. Residents have great opinions. Some residents expanded balconies, and some residents occupied public spaces such as green space in front of houses and on both sides of roads to build illegal houses such as brick-concrete houses, steel structures and simple board houses, which were used for gatehouses, carports, garages and storage rooms.
