Dongcheng Yijia is a residential area for civil servants of Jinan Municipal Government. The project is located in Lixia District, Jinan City, south of Jingshi Road and east of Long 'ao Building. The planning scope covers Long 'ao North Road in the north, Tourist Road in the south, Aolong Guandi in the west and Shun 'ao Jiayuan and Xiaohanyu Village resettlement area in the east. The total construction area is 2,050,700 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is1409,500 square meters and the underground construction area is 646,600 square meters.
